Full Wedding planning
Starts at $5500
Our full wedding package for the couple that would like assitance from start to finish.
- 8 months to 1.5 year before the wedding
- Venue research + comparison chart
- Budget construction and management
- Full Event design from scratch (Theme, concept development, inspiration meeting)
- Vendor research and selection
- Hotel room block
- Rehearsal dinner
- Production of timeline
- All day-of coordination with vendors. We won't leave until every activity is finished.
You will not have to worry about a thing. This will be your "Fairytale wedding experience".
Starts at $3500
This plan is for the couple who has a general idea of what they want or even have some vendors, and still need assistance to save time, energy and of course, stress.
- 4-9 months before the wedding
- Referral and booking of remaining vendors (included but not limited to: photographer, videographer, florist, DJ, rentals, linens, signage, transportation, hair&make up, cake/desserts, officiant, invitations)
- Review and manage current budget
- Decor assistance
- Production of detailed timeline
- All day-of coordination and communication with vendors. We will not leave until the end of the event

Wedding Day Coordination
Starts at $2000
This is for any type of event including Weddings, corporate event, baby/bridal showers, baptism. It includes the event management to cover all bases, after all the vendors are hired.
- Only the day of the event or hirable up until 4 weeks before the wedding
- Up to 3 face-to-face meetings until the day of the event, including free initial consultation.
- Production of timeline
- All day-of coordination and communication with vendors
With this package we will work along with the venue-coordinators to ensure that the event runs smoothly.
